• Photographs, videos, and scanned documents captured or uploaded during a survey.
• Any text entries or forms filled out during the survey.
• Signatures collected from insured parties or witnesses (if required).

• Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifier.
• App usage logs and crash reports to help us improve performance.

1.4 Optional Location Data

• If you grant permission, we may collect your device’s GPS location at the time of check‑in or when taking photos, solely to confirm you are at the survey site. This data is not continuously tracked.

• In‑app messages or notes you exchange with the back‑office team regarding a survey.

All third‑party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and cannot use your data for other purposes.

• Authentication tokens are stored securely in device Keystore/Keychain.
