application (“App”) that enables surveyors to perform field surveys,
capture and upload documents, and manage assigned tasks. This Privacy
Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal
information when you use our App.
This Policy is published in compliance with the
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act),
the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable
regulations.
By installing and using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide survey and document
upload services:
1.1 Account and Identity Information
- Your name, employee code, branch, and contact details.
- Login credentials (username/password).
1.2 Survey and Document Data

Details of assigned surveys (claim ID, insured, site address, etc.)
that are pre‑loaded from the backend.

Photographs, videos, and scanned documents captured or uploaded during
a survey.
- Any text entries or forms filled out during the survey.

Signatures collected from insured parties or witnesses (if required).
1.3 Device and Usage Information

Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifier.

App usage logs and crash reports to help us improve performance.
1.4 Optional Location Data

If you grant permission, we may collect your device’s GPS location at
the time of check‑in or when taking photos, solely to confirm you are
at the survey site. This data is not continuously tracked.
1.5 Communication Data

In‑app messages or notes you exchange with the back‑office team
regarding a survey.
We do not collect continuous GPS tracking, route
recording, LOR, ILA, or SLA‑related data, as these features are not part
of this App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Authenticating your identity and managing your session.
- Displaying assigned surveys and relevant details.

evidence.
- Recording survey findings and form submissions.
- Synchronising data between your device and our central system.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

supervisors) who need to review survey results.

All third‑party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and
cannot use your data for other purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- Data is encrypted during transmission using TLS 1.2+.
- Locally stored data is encrypted (AES‑256) on your device.

device and App updated.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and

required by your organisation and applicable laws (typically 7 years).
- Audit logs may be kept for compliance purposes.
- After retention, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
